THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and phone manners
• Ability to retain a considerable amount if information while being detail oriented
• Proper written communication and spelling skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work additional hours if needed
• Experienced using a Microsoft operating platform
